Managed website and DNA testing are not included on free. Upgrade is available to unlock both.
  • When should we upgrade to a paid plan? Most partners determine that it’s more cost effective to upgrade to a paid plan once they’re able to comfortably generate more than 3 verified patients per month.
  • Can we start free and still use our brand? Absolutely. Your brand appears on partner links, the white-label app, and intake flows. A full managed website on your subdomain unlocks when you upgrade from the free plan.
